Digital Watchdog® Promotes Three Security Industry Veterans to Director of Sales in the United States.

The sales leaders accept additional responsibilities to build market share.

Cerritos, CA, September 3, 2025Digital Watchdog (DW®), the industry leader in digital recorders, surveillance cameras, perimeter protection devices, system peripherals, and Video Software as a Service (VSaaS), announces the promotions of Jason West, Carl Huntsman, and Joseph Moran to the position of Director of Sales for the Central, Western and Eastern United States, respectively. They report to Steve Adamczak, Vice President of North American Sales. Previously serving as Senior Regional Sales Managers, Mr. West, Mr. Huntsman, and Mr. Moran have accepted expanded responsibilities to direct Digital Watchdog’s sales activities in their regions, including DW sales personnel, manufacturers’ representatives, distribution partners, and partner integrators. 

“The advancements of Jason, Carl and Joe demonstrate Digital Watchdog’s maturation in the North America physical security market,” said Mr. Adamczak. “With greater autonomy to move the company forward in their regions, they will further build our reputation for responsiveness and personalized customer relationships.”

In his new role, Mr. West is responsible for all sales activities in Central United States. He brings more than two decades of experience in the video security industry to his position.  Mr. West has experience designing and implementing video surveillance systems for both small and very large applications. He believes in collaboration and getting input from all who are involved to help achieve the best results. Prior to joining Digital Watchdog, Mr. West was a national sales representative for Clinton Electronics.

In his new role, Mr. Huntsman is responsible for all sales activities in Western United States. Prior to joining Digital Watchdog, he was Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest U.S. at Arecont Vision. Mr. Huntsman started in the security industry at the age of 17 and has held positions with Network Appliance (NetApp), Nice Systems and Global Surveillance Associates (GSA), as well as at the Mirage and Caesar's Palace resorts.

In his new role, Mr. Moran is responsible for all sales activities in the Eastern United States. Before joining Digital Watchdog, Mr. Moran was a Regional Sales Manager for Paladin Sales Group in Holbrook, New York, Project Coordinator for Customer Service Experts in Annapolis, Maryland, and a Senior Business Technology Specialist for Best Buy in Annapolis. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Public Health at the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Science.
